Why I’m here — and Why This Work Matters
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding people — what makes us feel stuck, what helps us grow, and why we sometimes lose connection to ourselves along the way. I poured that curiosity into teaching, helping my students believe in their potential.
But my desire to help didn’t begin or end in the classroom. Long before coaching was even a thought, I was the person friends turned to. The one who listened without judgment, held space for real conversation, and supported people through their celebrations, their struggles, and everything in between. I loved helping others navigate life, offering perspective, and empowering them to see themselves differently. Looking back, coaching wasn’t a new path — it was something that had always been woven into who I am.
Still, teaching opened my eyes to something deeper. The emotional needs of kids were growing, and despite my best efforts, I couldn’t meet those needs within the limits of a classroom. I saw how much children were craving connection, understanding, and tools to manage their emotions. And in order to truly support them — and the young adults I naturally found myself mentoring outside of school — I knew I needed to do something more.
That realization led me here — to coaching.
As a coach, I help individuals understand themselves more fully — their patterns, their bodies, and their minds. I believe the most important relationship we’ll ever have is the one we have with ourselves. When that connection is nurtured, everything else in life begins to align.
Start investing in you — your growth, your healing, your potential.
The ability to self-reflect, grow, and overcome is incredibly empowering. My approach is goal oriented, empathetic, and warm, while also gently challenging when needed. Growth requires honesty, and I’m here to help you hold that mirror up with compassion and curiosity. I’m on your team — in your biggest moments, and especially when you need support the most.
This business was born out of my own journey — one of learning, unlearning, and choosing to show up differently for myself. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in deep connection, sustainable change, and the courage to look inward.
If you’re ready to start that journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
